WARWICK—Rocky Point amusement park has filed for bankruptcy, saying it owes its creditors $9 million. The filing gives the amusement park temporary relief from its creditors and time to reorganize — and either arrange a payment schedule or liquidate its assets. The 150-year-old park, which is now closed for the season, is still operating a restaurant and meeting rooms.
